A blast of colour after what has been a washout of a weekend. What did brighten the gloomy weather was the arrival of this year’s new dahlias. So, a look back at one of my favourites seemed the right choice for today’s Cheering Up Mondays bloom.
‘Safe Shot’ is an apt name for a dahlia that never fails to deliver. I love the colour and the flowers are just right for cutting.
