One of the most resilient flowers in my garden seems apt for this week’s bit of floral cheer.
Calendula, or as they are better known, marigolds, may not be sophisticated or rare but they are tough plants that shrug off whatever the world throws at them.
These are still flowering, despite torrential wind and gale force winds.
