Cheering Up Mondays #497

For the second week running, my plans for the cheerful flower have had to change as life again confounds me.

Erigeron karvinskianus

Today’s flower is for my father-in-law, who we lost at the weekend. This erigeron is everywhere in the Cornish village where he lived and I think of it, and him, every time I see it.

  1. Life has a habit of throwing curveballs. Mu husband died suddenly last week and I am still trying to process that. I am sorry to hear you have had another loss so soon. I am very discombobulated and I expect you are feeling similar. Flowers definitely help.

  2. I am so sorry to hear of your second loss and I am sending my condolences and love at this most difficult time.
