Cheering Up Mondays #424

The cut flowers have started. So, it had to be the first blooms for this week’s cheerful flower.

Lathyrus tingitanus – Pink Tangier Pea

This is a new variety of climbing ornamental pea for me – seed given to me by Mr Fothergill’s. It’s an African variety and has a similar flower to the usual sweet pea but long, narrow leaves. It’s very pretty but not scented.
