I planted this Cardamine trifolia a few years ago when I revamped a rather gloomy space in the garden. (You can read about it here.)
It was suggested by local nursery Shadyplants.com and has been an absolute trooper. This year there are more flowers than ever. A great plant for a shady spot.

Cardamine quinqefolia has been a better than ever trouper in our woodland shade.
It really is a good doer, isn’t it. Even when it’s not in flower, the leaves are pretty.
